Job Description
As a BIM Manager at AMF MEP, you will be responsible for managing the Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and ensuring the effective implementation and utilisation of BIM technology across our projects. You will work closely with project teams to enhance collaboration, improve project efficiency and ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our designs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of BIM processes and standards across all projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company protocols.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and technologies, ensuring all team members are proficient in their use.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
Coordinate BIM activities with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
Develop and maintain BIM documentation, including project standards, workflows, and protocols, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Professional certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Level 2) is preferred but not essential.
A high level of proficiency in English is essential for this role, as clear and effective communication is key to our collaborative work environment and our commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients
